It was a big thrill when Daniel Morrison, my editor and writing guru at Fine Homebuilding, invited me to be part of a small group of people, including Carl Seville, Joe Lstiburek, Richard Defendorf and Martin Holliday, who were going to help him start an online encyclopedia of green building best practice. Over the years I’ve written a lot of articles that I hope have educated and entertained my peers. I’ve collected them here in hopes of introducing you to GBA and hopefully making you think about what a life in the home building industry can mean. I’ve had very few regrets and have found a great deal of satisfaction here.
